摘要
在阐述我国种子产业发展现状、存在问题的基础上,提出了当前中国种子产业发展的对策是:彻底将政企分家,建立现代企业制度;实现相关组织间的有机结合;加强种子市场监管;加大知识产权保护力度,维护企业合法权益;加强国际交流,实现资源共享。
Through analysis on the present situation and existing problems of the seed industry in China, based on the current Chinese seed industry development, some developing strategies have been put forward in this paper that to complete the separation of government and enterprises, establishing a modern enterprise system; to break the administrative division and relevant organizations to achieve inter-organic Combination; to raise the law enforcement level and strengthen seeds market supervision; to strengthen protection of intellectual property rights and safeguarding legitimate rights and interests of enterprises; to strengthen international exchanges and resources sharing.
