摘要 以大丽花品种大金红和粉西施为试材,利用不同生长调节剂(50mg/L萘乙酸(NAA)、50mg/L吲哚乙酸(IBA)和50mg/L生根粉(ABT))对大丽花插条进行处理,以清水为对照,结果表明,50mg/LNAA处理的大金红幼芽生根数、根长和生根率最高,生根时间最短。50mg/LNAA处理粉西施插条以10s生根效果最佳;研究了大丽花的块根保存、扦插繁殖方法以及露地栽培管理技术,以期为生产上大规模繁育大丽花优良品种提供理论依据,满足园林绿化美化对大丽花优质种苗的需求。 According to the biological characteristics and the basic principles of cutting propagation of Dahlias, the Dahilas cultivars Dajinhong and Fenxishi cutting were treated with different growth regulator(50 mg/ L NAA, 50mg / L IBA and 50 mg/ L ABT), water as control. The results indicated that the root number, root rooting length and the rooting rate were highest with 50mg/LNAA treatment. The rooting time was also shortest. The best treatment time was 10s with 50mg/ LNAA. It summarized the cutting propagation technology of Dahlias. It included the storage of Dahlias root, cutting propagation methods,and field cultivation and management technologies. This would provide a theoretical basis for large scale of Dahlias propagation in production and meet the demand for landscaping of dahlias seedlings.
