磺胺间甲氧嘧啶钠注射液含量测定的取样方法研究

Study on Sampling Method in Determination of Sulfamonomethoxine Sodium Injection

通过比较研究,采用体积取样法和重量取样法测定磺胺间甲氧嘧啶钠注射液含量,结果显示,在20%、30%高含量磺胺间甲氧嘧啶钠注射液含量测定中,两种取样方法存在显著差异,《中国兽药典》2005年版体积取样法存在较大误差,建议在这两种高含量药品的含量测定中采用称重法取样较为准确可靠。

The samphng method of measuring volume was compared with the sampling method of weighting in determination of sulfamonomethoxine sodium injection. The results showed that there was a great diferrence between them in determination of the high content of 20% ,30% sulfamonomethoxine sodium injection, there was a great error in determination of the high content by the sampling of measuring volume in Chinese Veterinary Pharmacopoeia. The objective of this paper is to establish a sampling method in determination of the high content of sulfamonomethoxine sodium injection. It was suggested that the sampling method of weighting should be used in the determination of 20%, 30% sulfamonomethoxine sodium injection.
