摘要 泰拉霉素是动物专用的新型大环内酯类抗生素,用于牛和猪呼吸系统疾病的防治。本文综述了泰拉霉素的抗菌活性、药动学、药效学、毒性及残留等方面的特点和研究概况,为该药在兽医临床上的应用提供了参考。 Tulathromyein is a novel triamilide antimicrobial that has been approved for use in the treatment and prevention of bovine and swine respiratory disease. This article is mainly about spectrum of activity, pharmacokinetics,pharmacodynamics, toxicity, residues and clinical use of this drug.
