摘要
采用常规压片法,对海南野生兰卷萼兜兰[Paphiopedilum appletonianum(Gower)Rolfe]进行了染色体数目和核型研究。结果表明,卷萼兜兰的体细胞染色体数为2n=36,染色体相对长度系数(IRL)=6 L+4 M_2+18 M_1+8 S,核型公式为2n=32 m+4 sm,染色体类型主要由中着丝点染色体和亚中着丝点染色体组成,未见随体结构。卷萼兜兰的核型属1B型,核不对称系数为57.01%,从染色体水平证明卷萼兜兰在系统演化上属于较原始的进化种类。
The number of chromosome and karyotype of Paphiopedilum appletonianum (Gower) Rolfe was analyzed by root tips squash method. The chromosome number of the somatic cell of P. appletonianum (Gower) Rolfe is 2n=36, and the index of relative length (IRL)=6L+4M2+18M1+8S. The karyotype formula is 2n =36=32m +4sm. The type of chromosome consists of metacentric and submetacentric chromosome but no satellites, and the karyotype belongs to 1B, with the asymmetric index of karyotype being 57.01%. The chromosomal characteristics prove that the Paphiopedilum appletonianum (Gower) Rolfe is a more primitive and specializational species.
