摘要
本文叙述了大型浮选机的发展,高效节能、大型化、自动化程度高的浮选设备已成为国内外发展趋势。分析了JJF-130大型自吸式浮选机研制过程中要解决的关键技术,详细阐述了在设计过程中整机的主要结构和参数的选择,以及槽体、叶轮、定子分散罩、泡沫槽等关键部件的结构和参数选择。通过浮选动力学试验和矿浆试验验证了浮选机整机性能,在试验期间设备运行平稳,泡沫层稳定,没有翻花、沉槽现象,泡沫层厚度可根据工业要求进行调节,液位自动控制系统工作正常,控制精度满足工艺要求,浮选效果优于国外某品牌同类型同容积浮选机。
High efficiency, energy saving, large, a high degree of automation of the flotation devices at home and abroad has become the development trend. The key technology of the JJF- 130 is analyzed, including the cell, impeller, stator, foam launder. Through the flotation dynamics test and pulp test, the flotation machine performance is verified. During the trial, the operation of equipment is smooth, the foam layer is stable, the foam thickness can be adjusted in accordance with industry requirements, the level automatic control system is good, the control accuracy meet the technological requirements, the flotation performance of the machine is better than that of the foreign flotation machine.
