摘要
38CrMoAl铝含量在1左右,铝含量很高,精炼过程要加入大量铝进行合金化,导致其整个温度控制制度和其他钢种有很大区别,并且本钢种在RH炉加铝后不再进行温度调节,要求在之前的冶炼过程对温度进行很好的控制,以保证连铸的顺利进行,所以对其合金化的温度计算显的十分必要。
High aluminum content of the 38CrMoA1 is about 1% ,in the refine process a great cleat of aluminum is needed to carry on aUoying,it causes the whole temperature control system have greatly distinguish to other steel after adding aluminum in RH, Temperature is no longer to be regulated,it requests a good temperature control in previous process of smelting, to ensure continuous metal cast smoothly progress, so it is necessary to calculate the temperature of the alloying.
