基于生命赔偿理论的安全经济效益研究

我国正处于大规模的经济建设时期,安全工作突出了重要的作用,但是由于安全自身的特点,使得安全的经济效益并不能够立即显现出来,导致企业对安全的重视程度不够以及采取的措施不当或不完善,安全事故频繁发生。本文从人身生命经济价值出发,通过对人身伤亡赔偿费用的确定,分析人身伤亡赔偿与安全效益之间的经济关系,得出增加职工的人身伤亡赔偿,不仅可以减少事故的发生,还可以给企业带来经济效益,起到了在生产前制定安全措施方案的建议作用。

Our country is in the time of large-scale economic development, and the safety work has highlighted a vital role. Put as a result of its own characteristics, the benefit of safety economic would not be able to appear immediately, which caused the enterprise may not take the safety work as emphasis, and the safety incident occurs frequently. This article started from the person life economic value, through to determinate the person casualties compensation, the economic relationship between the person casualties compensation and the security benefit was analyzed. It was obtained that increasing staff＇s person casualties compensation would not only reduce accident＇s occurrence, but also bring the economic efficiency to the enterprise, and it played the formulation security measure plan role before the production.
