Practice and exploration of management evaluation of the work safety credit

开展企业安全生产诚信评价试点是国家安监总局提出的工作要求。[1]本文结合滨州市开展生产经营单位安全生产信誉度和风险度管理的实践,以危险化学品行业为例,分析了生产经营单位安全生产信誉度和风险度评估体系的建立、评价结果的运用和实施相应的激励和制约措施,论述了开展安全生产信誉度和风险度管理的意义,是开展企业安全诚信评价,促进企业落实安全生产的主体责任,建立安全生产长效机制的积极实践和探索。

It is one of the important task demanded by The State Administration of Work Safety to carry out work safety credit evaluation. This article, takes risky chemical industry as an example, tries to analyze the work safety credit degree, the formation of its evaluation system, and the exploit of the evaluation result, as well as the relating methods of encouragement or restriction. This article also writes about the importance and the significance meaning about the safety credit and safety risk management. It is the active practice and exploration to carry out the work safety credit evaluation management, to promote entrepreneurs fulfill their responsibility of safety work , and build up long-acting system of safety work.
