In the light of the present situation that the traditional service provided by university library is hard to adjust to the needs of university＇s teaching and scientific research, this paper discusses how to strengthen the construction of service ability of university library, analyzes the new requirements of the informatization situation for the construction of service ability of university hbrary, puts forward some new measures for promoting the high-quality and high-efficiency service, and puts forward the important points of the research on strengthen the construction of service ability of university library.
