This paper describes the understanding and review from Newtonian modern concept of knowledge of ＂ simplicity, stability and eternity＂ to the post-modern concept of knowledge of the ＂complexity, chaos and limitation＂ and circulated with a dynamic, open and globalized mode, and discusses that the library can seek a wider basis of innovative management in the development and variation space of the knowledge organization and knowledge management services.
