摘要
论述了图书借阅证的功能和作用,分析了高校图书馆借阅证在利用中存在的问题,提出了加强图书借阅证管理的几点措施。
This paper discusses the functions and effects of the library card, analyzes the problems existing in the utilization of the library card in university library, and puts forward some measures for strengthening the management of the library card.
