This paper analyze the features of network sci-tech information resources, discusses the indexes, steps, methods and the advantages/disadvantages of the network sci-tech information resources evaluation, points out the difficulties faced by the evaluation work, and puts forward some measures for doing well the evaluation work of network scitech information resources.
