This paper discusses the significance of carrying out the energy conservation ＆ emission reduction by enterprises, analyzes some problems faced by Xinfu District in the energy conservation ＆ emission reduction and the reasons, and puts forward some effective paths for carrying out the energy conservation ＆ emission reduction in Xinfu District.
