分析了商业银行发展小企业信贷业务存在的问题,并结合实际提出了设立专门分支机构、实行专业化经营、采用标准化业务流程、创新小企业信贷业务产品、构建和完善风险控制体系、建立有效考核机制等对策。

This paper analyzes the problems existing in developing the credit business for small enterprises by commercial banks, and connecting with the reality, puts forward some countermeasures of establishing specialized branches, conducting specialized operation, adopting standardized business procedures, innovating credit business products for small enterprises, constructing and perfecting the risk control system, and building up effective evaluation system, etc.
