Analysis on Enterprise Development Models under Network Economy

在网络经济下,企业如何发展,如何采取正确的发展模式,已成为企业必须面对的关键问题。叙述了网络经济的内涵,分析了国内外企业在网络经济下的几种发展模式,提出了我国企业应适应网络经济环境,明确企业发展方向、推动企业信息化与电子商务建设、加强信息技术的应用、借鉴国外优秀企业的经验、学习先进思想的发展策略。

This paper expounds the connotations of network economy, analyses some development models of enterprise under the network economy at home and abroad, and puts forward some strategies for our country＇s development that include fitting in with the network economy environment, making clear the development direction of enterprise, promoting the construction of enterprise＇s informatization and E-business, strengthening the application of IT, borrowing ideas from the experiences of foreign advanced enterprises, and learning the advanced thoughts, etc.
