介绍了飞行员流动政府规制的理论与现状,用制度分析的方法分析了飞行员流动政府规制,并提出了制度创新的举措。
This paper introduces the theory and present situation of the governance of pilots＇ flow, analyzes the governance of pilots＇ flow with institutional analysis, and puts forwards some measures for carrying out the institutional innovation.
