在整体就业形势不容乐观的今天,女大学生就业难的问题显得更加突出。阐述了当前女大学生就业难的背景,分析了造成女大学生就业难的原因以及由此对社会造成的不良影响,从政府、高校、女大学生的角度提出了促进女大学生就业的对策。

Under the condition that the total employment situation of graduated students is not optimistic,the underemployment of the female university students is more serious. This paper expounds the background of the current underemployment of female university students, analyzes the reasons of the underemployment of the female university students and the harmful effects of this phenomenon on the society, and from the angles of the government, university and female students, puts forward some countermeasures for promoting the employment of female university students.
