摘要
介绍了一种PID可编程序控制仪的恒压供水系统的构成及其原理,给出了PID可编程序控制仪的PID参数设置表和理想PID控制波形与实际波形的对比图。结果表明,在系统控制要求不复杂的情况下,采用可编程序控制仪作为恒压供水系统的控制核心,比传统的PLC控制系统省去了对PLC控制器存贮容量的要求和对PID算法的编程,且PID参数的在线调试容易,降低了系统的硬件成本,使系统的调试简单、方便。
Introduction was made to the configuration and principle of a kind of constant pressure water supply system with PID programmable logic controller (PLC). PID parameters setting table of the controller was given and the ideal PID control waveform was com- pared with the real one. The results show that under the conditions of uncomplicated system control, the constant pressure water supply system with the core of PLC dispensed with the requirements of PLC storage capacity and programming of PID algorithm which were needed in the traditional system. And it is easy to adjust on line for PID parameters, so the hardware cost of the system is reduced and the system is easy and convenient to debug.
