摘要
主要阐述了工程量清单模式在广东惠州天然气发电有限公司3台9F型燃气机组中的应用情况,介绍了工程量清单的编制方法,分析了工程量清单模式在各阶段应用时的注意事项和存在的不足并提出建议。同时认为,在招标和合同管理中,对已有较多类似经验的工程项目,宜采用总价承包方式;对较新且没有参照的工程项目,宜采用工程量清单模式。
This paper mainly describes the application of bill of quantities （BOO） mode to three 9F-type gas turbine sets in Guangdong Huizhou LNG Power Co., Ltd., indicates the compiling method of BOO, analyzes the points for attention during the application of BOO in each phase as well as the existing problems, and puts forth suggestions accordingly. It is suggested that lump sum contract mode be adopted for projects with multiple precedents in bidding and contract management, while BOO mode for new projects without reference.
