我国特殊教育经费投入的数据分析与讨论

An Analysis on Funds for Special Education in China

文章通过对国家公布的现有数据的统计分析,指出我国特殊教育的经费投入在绝对量上保持着较快的增长,但也存在着经费投入相对不足,地区之间、城乡之间的经费投入和办学条件不均衡等问题。因此要加大国家经费投入的力度,积极拓宽经费来源渠道,并合理、均衡配置教育资源,确保教育的公平。

This article points out that absolute quantity of funds for special education keeps increasingly fast through statistic analysis of existing data which the State promulgated. But funds plunged into special education is still scrimpy comparatively. Besides of that, funds and school conditions are not equilibrium among different districts as well as cities and countryside. Therefore, we should increase the amount of funds for special education, look for new channels of funds sources actively, and dispose educational resources more reasonably and equally to guarantee equity in education.
