中国盲人定向行走训练的现状与发展对策

Current Situation of Mobility Orientation Training and the Development Strategies in China

定向行走是盲人一生中最重要的技能之一,是盲人走出家门、接受教育、实现就业、融入社会的重要途径。中国盲人定向行走训练包括特殊教育学校内对盲童的定向行走课程训练和社区内对成年盲人的短期定向行走训练项目两种类型。尽管定向行走训练越来越被重视,但仍面对许多困难和挑战,诸如缺乏高水平的专业教师、缺乏资金投入、对定向行走认识不足、教学和训练方式落后等,需要各个方面采取积极态度,改善现状,促进发展。

Mobility orientation is one of the most important skills for blind people in their life, which is an important approach for them to go out, accept education, find jobs and integrate into society. Mobility orientation training in China includes mobility orientation courses in special schools and short - term program on mobility orientation for adults. Although mobility orientation training are attracting more and more attention, there are still many difficulties and challenges including lack of professional teachers, shortage of funds, weak perception of teachers, leaders and students, and retarded teaching and training methods, which needs active attitudes and profound development.
