摘要
采用症状自评量表、自编的气质性乐观问卷和适应能力简易问卷对某大学4736名大一新生进行问卷调查。结果发现气质性乐观和适应能力都能正向预测大学新生的心理健康,并且存在交互作用。在悲观的学生中,适应能力弱的个体其心理健康水平大大低于适应能力强的个体;在乐观的学生中,不同适应能力学生的心理健康水平差异较小。
SCL - 90, dispositional optimism and adaptability questionnaires are used to measure 4736 college freshmen. The results show that: both dispositional optimism and adaptability can positively predicte mental health of college freshmen, and the two factors have interaction. Among pessimistic students, the mental health of low adaptability ones is much worse than that of high adaptability ones. Nevertheless, among optimistic students, the differences of mental health levels between high and low adaptability ones become little.
