摘要
目的探讨强直性脊柱炎的早期诊断依据及康复治疗措施。方法收集我院近几年来收治的220例强直性脊柱炎病例,对其中的48例早期患者进行重点观察分析。结果强直性脊柱炎早期容易误诊,本组入院前误诊26例,骶髂关节显示X线异常者44例。女性病人可在发病数年内不出现X线异常,儿童患者几乎皆从下肢大关节开始发病,两者更易误诊。结论本病治疗的关键在于早期发现;在药物及物理治疗的基础上,功能锻炼及日常生活中保持良好姿势对预防或减轻畸形具有重要意义。
Objective To explore the early diagnosis of ankylosing spondylitis and rehabilitation measures.Methods 220 cases of ankylosing spondylitis were treated in recent years,and 48 cases of them went through close obsvervation.Results Misdiagnoses were easily made in the early stage.26 cases were found to be misdiagnosed before admission.44 cases showed abnormal X-ray images in sacroiliac joint.Female patients tended to have no abnormal X-ray images in a few years.The disease attacked almost all in the lower limbs,and tended to be misdiagnosed.Conclusion Early discovery is the key to the latter treatment.In addition to drug therapy and physiotherapy,functional exercise and maintaining good posiure are of great significance to the prevention and relief of deformity.
