摘要
远程诊断系统把病人的资料通过通信技术传输给不同地点的医学专家,使专家共同完成对病人的病情诊断.我们在SunSparc上设计并实现了一个多媒体的远程诊断系统MTCS(MultimediaTele-ConsultationSystem),与目前大多数基于视频会议的远程诊断系统不同,MTCS能支持医务人员之间的同步和异步工作.异步远程诊断不要求实时,不需要很高的网络传输,具有较大灵活性,适用于远程专家会诊.MTCS的同步诊断允许多个医生对同一幅医学图象,采用声、文、图等方式进行分析、讨论.本文重点讨论了MTCS的功能和实现技术.
A teleconsultation system can transfer medical data to remote medical experts,so that they can complete the diagnosis together.MTCS(Multimedia TeleConsultation System) is deve loped in Sun Sparc,which supports powerful processing of medical images and synchronous or asynchronous cooperation between medical experts and other medical workers.Asynchronous teleconsultation allows consulting specialists and doctors not working in the same time,while synchronous teleconsultation allows two or more medical experts,who live in geographically remote location and are connected by Ethernet to exchange,analyze and process the same medical (CT or MRI) image simultaneously.
