手部屈肌腱Ⅱ区损伤的治疗 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨Ⅱ区屈肌腱断裂治疗的有效方法。方法将128例(219指)患者随机分为观察组及对照组。观察组应用显微无创技术对断裂屈指肌腱手术修复、术后早期功能锻炼;对照组采用传统肌腱吻合技术。术后随访6-12个月,采用TAM系统评定法对两组随访资料进行疗效评定。结果观察组:疗效优者60指,良45指,可5指,优良率达95.45%;对照组:疗效优者38指,良52指,可14指,差5指,优良率为82.57%。两组疗效比较有统计学意义(χ^2=14.7,P〈0.01)。结论应用显微无创技术高质量缝合配合术后早期功能锻炼可有效地预防屈肌腱术后粘连,促进患指功能的恢复。 Objective To explore the effective treatment of rupture of flexor tendon of hand.Methods 219 fingers in 128 cases suffering from rupture of flexor tendon were randomly divided into the treatment group treated through microsurgery and then early dirigation and the contrast group treated with the routine tendon anastomasis.The follow-up surveys lasted 6 months to 12 months.The curative effects were evaluated according to TAM system.Results The curative effects were excellent in 60 fingers,good in 45 fingers and fair in 5 fingers in the treatment group,but excellent in 38 fingers,good in 52 fingers,fair in 14 fingers and poor in 5 fingers in the contrast group.95.45% cases got good curative effect in the treatment group and 82.57% in the contrast group.There existed significant difference between the two groups(χ^2=14.7,P〈0.01).Conclusion Microsurgery and postoperative dirigation can effectively prevent adhesion and promote recovery.
