输尿管结石142例临床分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的了解本地区上尿路结石的成分,通过结石的CT值判断气压弹道碎石时间的可行性。方法对142例输尿管结石患者资料进行回顾性分析,对输尿管结石的CT值、结石成分以及气压弹道碎石的单位体积、碎石时间进行统计学处理。结果本地区上尿路结石以草酸钙结石和磷酸钙结石为主,其CT值存在着明显的差异(P<0.05),结石的CT值与气压弹道碎石时间之间存在正相关关系。结论结石的CT值可以初步判断结石的成分,并可对碎石时间做初步的估算。 Objective To study the ingredients of ureter stones in the upper urinary tract and to evaluate the feasibility of pneumatic ballistic lithotripsy by the numerical value of CT.Methods To retrospectively analyze the clinical statistics of 142 cases of Ureter Stones and make a statistic analysis of the numerical value of CT,the ingredient of stones and the time of pneumatic ballistic lithotripsy.Results The stones in upper urinary tract consisted mainly of calcium oxalate and calcium phosphate in native place.There was an obvious difference in the numerical value of CT and stone ingredients(P〈0.05).There was a positive connection between the numerical value of CT and the time of pneumatic ballistic lithotripsy.Conclusion By the numerical value of CT,we can evaluate the stone ingredient and have a estimation about the time of pneumatic ballistic lithotripsy.
