Steady-state Output Controllability of Linear Time-invariant SISO Systems

对线性定常单变量系统常值稳态输出的可控性问题进行讨论。给出了常值稳态输出可控的充要条件，并给出判断系统输出可控性的新方法，最后证明了线性定常系统常值稳态输出的可控性与系统存在鲁棒调节器是等价的。

The necessary and sufficient condition for the steady-state output controllability of linear time-invariant systems is presented. A new method to judge output controllability of linear time-invariant systems is also given. Finally, it is proved that the necessary and sufficient conditions for a linear time-invariant system are equivalent to the existence of robust regulators of the system with a constant disturbance. 
