表观遗传修饰与前列腺癌 被引量:2

摘要 表观遗传是指DNA序列不发生变化但基因表达却发生了可遗传的改变。表观遗传的分子生物学机制包括四个方面:DNA的甲基化、基因印记、RNA干扰和组蛋白修饰。各种因素可以通过影响表观遗传,进而对前列腺癌的发病起作用。
