摘要
本工作给大鼠第三脑室微量注射δ-阿片受体相对选择性激动剂DADLE,增加血浆中β-内啡肽和催乳素的含量。结果表明,激活脑内δ-阿片受体,可同时兴奋上述垂体前叶激素的分泌。
The effects of third ventricular injection(3rd V. I. )of (D-Ala2, D-Leu5) -enkephahn (DADLE) , a relatively selective agonist for 5-opiate receptor, on plasma concentration of β-endorphin (β-EP) and prolactin (PRL) were studied in conscious rats. The present results indicated that activation of δ-opiate receptor simultaneously stinulats β-enlorphin an 1 prolactin secretion.
