基于可视化数据挖掘的技术跟踪图谱设计

摘要 通过技术跟踪,可以了解某一技术领域的现状和发展态势,为技术战略的制定提供决策信息支持。基于此,文章在技术跟踪基本流程分析的基础上,以数据挖掘、信息萃取、知识发现等技术为手段,提出了一个基于多维标度的技术跟踪图谱设计方法,开发实践层面的技术跟踪工具,并以公路工程领域为例,从国家、机构和个人三个层面进行技术优势领域的可视化实验,以此判别技术领域的深层次结构。在此基础上,着重分析我国在此领域的技术发展态势和总体现状,为相关科技计划战略的制定做一些基于工程技术分析的支撑性工作。 Technology tracking is a useful method in identifying the current situation and trend of development in related technical areas, and can provide us with decision-making information support for the formulation of technical strategy. The article makes preliminary discussion on the process of technology tracking mapping. On this basis, In data mining, information extraction, knowledge discovery technology as a means, a Multidimensional Scaling method of the technology tracking mapping was designed. Meanwhile author try to study visualization experiments of highway engineering from individuals, institutions and national in technology advantage, in order to discriminate this field of deep-seated structural. On this basis, article focus in this area of technology development trend and the overall status in China, which as a kind of technical analysis is fundamental to of technology strategy selection.
