摘要 折线卷筒生产加工中存在效率低、原材料消耗大、成本高等问题,为此提出了以折线绳槽铸造成形替代机加工成形,以及绳槽表面合金化的方法。球铁表面合金化的研究试验表明,采用球铁表面合金化特种涂料可以获得球墨+合金化基体的表面层组织,有效消除了树脂砂球铁件表面灰口层,并显著改善表面的耐磨、耐蚀性,降低了成本,提高了使用寿命。 The problems, such as low efficiency, heavy raw materials consumption, high cost and so on, existed in the production of polygonal line drum; therefore, the method was proposed that was substituting casting the polygonal line grooves for the machining and the grooves' surface alloying. The experiments results of the ductile iron surface alloying showed that the alloyed tissue surface layer was obtained by using the special coating materials, the gray iron layer of the resin sand ductile iron surface was avoided, the wearability, corrosion resistance and useful life were improved notably, meanwhile, the production costs was reduced.
