铁和钴对ZCuSn3Zn8Pb6Ni1合金组织及性能的影响 被引量:9

摘要 在ZCuSn3Zn8Pb6Ni1铸造青铜的基础上添加了一定比例的铁和钴元素,研制了ZCuSn3Zn8Pb6Ni1FeCo合金。结果表明:添加1%~3%铁和0.5%~1.5%钴后,铸造组织由典型的枝晶组织变为等轴晶组织,晶粒平均直径由3mm以上细化到20~60μm,晶粒细化到1%以下;抗拉强度由180~230MPa提高到400~450MPa,而伸长率仍保持在20%以上;消除了锡的宏观偏析。 The ZCuSn3Zn8Pb6Ni1FeCo alloy was developed by adding certain proportion of Fe and Co. The result showed that the as-cast microstructure of the alloy transforms from typical dendritic to equiaxed after addition of 1%-3% Fe and 0.5%-1.5% Co, respectively, and the grains was refined to less than 1% as that of ZCuSn3Zn8Pb6Ni1 alloy, with the average diameter improved from 3 mm to 20-60 μm. At the same time, the tensile strength of the ZCuSn3Zn8Pb6Ni1FeCo alloy increases from 180-230 MPa to 400-450 MPa, and that the elongation still keeps 20% or more. The macrosegregation of tin is eliminated.
