摘要
对冷风冲天炉的结构及参数进行了合理的设计,增加了预热带二次送风结构,提高了炉料的预热温度,达到了热风炉的效果,使出铁温度有明显地提高,从而降低了铸件的废品率。
In view of the backwardness of small and medium-sized enterprises, an improved structure and parameter of cold blast cupola was developed, in which a device for the second blast in the preparation zone is added to raise the pre-heating temperature of the furnace charge and the tapping temperature. Consequently, the rejection rate is decreased greatly.
