摘要
对纯铜砂型铸件在铸造过程中表面容易产生的冷隔(皱皮)、凹(凸)坑、粘砂(粗糙)、聚渣(结疤)等缺陷分析后,认为:提高纯铜铸件表面质量是一个综合性的铸造工艺过程,必须对型砂质量、砂型紧实率、砂型涂料质量、液态金属质量、浇注系统及浇注工艺过程等方面实施严格控制和预防,能够得到表面光洁的纯铜铸件。
The surface defects that easily occurred in the pure copper sand mold casting, such as cold lap (flow mark), surface crater (salient), bum-on ( roughness ), slag conglomeration ( rolling skin ) and so on were analyzed. Results show that it is a comprehensive foundry technique process to improve the surface quality of pure copper castings. To obtain the pure copper casting with clean surface, the quality of molding sand and coating, the compactness of sand mould, the quality of liquid metal, as well as the gating system and the pouring process must be strictly controlled.
