摘要
在总结有关文献资料和大量试验结果与统计回归分析的基础上,提出了一种新的浇注系统设计计算方法。采用该算法对实际工业生产的1780轧机机架铸件进行了浇注系统计算机辅助设计计算,并对设计结果的正确性、合理性与可行性进行了分析和实际生产验证。铸件经工厂质检处检验,全部合格。证明该算法是正确、可靠和实用的。
Based on a review of literatures and regression analysis of the experimental data, a new algorithm for gating system design has been developed. It has been applied successfully to design of gating system for the 1780 mill housing casting in actual production, and the result shows that the algorithm works well and is rather accurate, reliable and practical.
