摘要
研究了消失模铸件夹砂缺陷的影响因素,分析了易产生夹砂缺陷的原因。通过采取更换浇口杯材质、在浇口杯与直浇道的连接处套上浇口砖、在直浇道与横浇道连接处垫耐火砖等有效的措施,使夹砂缺陷得以控制。试验结果表明,在消失模铸造中,浇口杯采用水玻璃砂制作以及浇注系统采用"硬连接"可显著降低夹砂缺陷。
The influent factors and causes of easily occurred sand inclusion defect in the EPC casting were studied and analyzed. The sand inclusion was controlled through adopting effective measures such as replacing pouring cup material, sheathing the runner brick in the junction of pouring cup and sprue, padding the firebrick at the junction of sprue and runner and so on. The test result indicated that adopting pouring cup made of sodium silicate sand and the gating system of "hard link" may obviously reduce the sand inclusion defects in EPC casting.
