对变速器中壳的粘砂缺陷进行了分析,确定为机械粘砂。分析了铸铁件产生机械粘砂的原因,从型砂粒度、煤粉含量,含泥量以及涂料等几方面进行控制,解决了铸件的粘砂缺陷。

The sand penetration of transmission gearbox shell was studied, and the possible causes of the sand penetration in the green sand iron castings were analyzed. Finally the defect of sand penetration was eliminated through controlling the grain size of molding sand, content of coal powder and clay, coating, etc.
