摘要
提出了一种离散时间的动态随机交通分配模型。该模型以离散时间形式提供在一天或高峰期间内路网交通流的变化。模型中路段交通条件假设为两部分:一部分为自由流,一部分为排队车流。模型中考虑了先入先出的原则和路段拥挤效应。运输需求调整采用马尔克夫动态模型。当每个出行者不能再通过改变出行选择而增加其效应时达到动态随机用户平衡。
In this paper, a discretetime dynamic stochastic assignment model is proposed to meet the theoretical needs of traffic flow guidance systems.The model provides a discretetime description of the variations of flows on a road network during a day or a peak period.The traffic flow on links in the model is assumed as two parts:the free flow and a queue.The firstinfirstout discipline is enforced on all links at all periods of the day.The congestion effect at links and link junctions is taken account.Equilibrum distributions are derived from a markovian model.A dynamic stochastic user equilibrium assignment is achieved when the tripmakers are unable to find better travel alternatives.
