摘要
对循环流化床锅炉存在的飞灰含碳量偏高的问题,从运行中的床压、氧量、给煤粒度、飞灰粒度、炉膛高度、炉膛截面积、细颗粒在炉内停留时间等多方面进行了综合分析,找出了飞灰含碳量偏高的根本原因,提出了降低飞灰含碳量的措施。
In the light of the problems of high carbon content of fly ash in CFB, this paper makes comprehensive analysis on t the operation of the bed pressure, oxygen content, particle size of coal, particle size of flying ash, furnace height, cross-sectional area of furnace, and residence time of fine particle in furnace, etc., finds out the fundamental reasons of high carbon content, and advances some measures for reducing the carbon content of fly ash.
