瑞金市工业园区控制性详细规划创新浅析

On the innovation of the controlled detailed planning of the industrial park in Ruijin

结合实际,从编制技术层面对控规的用地布局规划、控制指标和城市设计引导等进行了研究,提出工业园区开发管理的实施改革措施,初步找出一条刚性控制与弹性引导相结合、面向开发管理的控规编制思路。

Combined with the practice, land use plan, control index, urban design introduction have been studied based on the situation of the city from the technoliogy plane, and reformational measures have been brought forward. Finally, we found an alternative approach of feasible regulatory detailed planning which combined the rigid and flexible contents of the plan.
