从建筑物朝向、避风、布局、围护结构、提高采暖通风与空调系统的能源利用率及可再生能源的利用等方面提出了建筑节能设计的具体途径,并指出建筑节能是可持续发展概念的具体体现,也是建筑科学技术一个新的增长点。

It puts forward the detailed way of designing architecture energy saving from the heading direction of architecture, avoiding wind, layout, surrounding and protection structure, improving the energy utilizing rate of heating, ventilation and air-conditioner and the utilizing-of renewable energy, and points out that architecture energy saving is the detailed embodiment of sustainable development and is also a new increasing point of architecture scientific technology.
