Comparison and analysis of new and old budget estimate arrangement methods of highway works

从新旧《公路工程概预算编制办法》的不同之处出发,对新旧办法中概预算编制依据及文件组成、概预算项目表及费用组成以及概预算费用标准和计算方法等主要修改内容进行了对比分析,同时对新办法中存在的问题提出了一些看法。

The paper started from the difference of new and old Budget Estimate Arrangement Methods, their references, files composition, budget estimate engineering table, fee composition, budget estimate fee standard, calculation method for principle modification content were compared and analyzed. At the some time, the suggestions against to the problems existing in the new method were proposed.
