摘要
介绍了工程变更的主要表现类型,分析了合同中有相应计价项目和无相应计价项目两种情况下工程变更时的定价方法,分析表明,工程变更时定价方法比较灵活,应加强变更工程的定价及单价合理性分析,确保工程总造价的公平性和合理性。
The main represent type of engineering changing was introduced, the price fixed methods of engineering changing of with and without corresponding priced engineering in contract were analyzed. The analysis indicated that engineering changing price fixed methods were flexible and should strengthen changed engineering price and unit price rationality analysis and guaranteed the equality and rationality of whole engineering cost.
