Using case investigate method and experts investigate method, explorance of cost risk influence factors in engineering project construction phase was analysed and assessmented, and essential risk factor in engineering project construction phase was assessmented, for example the risk from credit rating of owner, risk of safety, risk of contract etc, moreover suggestions for contractor＇s risk control were provided, which provides contractors with reliable basis of theory for the control of risk from performance of contract.
