摘要
本文叙述S1240数字程控电话交换机专用的一种用户接口电路（MBLIC）的结构与功能。采用以双极工艺为基础的BiCMOS制造技术，使用相同的结深度，实现了高、低压双极型管（15V，70V）与CMOS管（15V）的结合，制造出MBLICLSI，并通过比利时贝尔电话公司质量认证。
The structure and function of custom MBLIC of S1240 has been described. The technology of BiCMOS fabrication be used by which be based on bipolar process, and same depth of juction, connection of bipolar (15V, 70V) and CMOS (15V) with high/low voltage be realized. MBLIC LSI be fabricated, and quality qualification be passed by BTM.
