The paper analyzers types of the diseases on the concrete reinforced pavement and reasons for these diseases, illustrates the fix of the grouting plates, the settlement control index of the old concrete reinforced slabs and the grouting technical crafts, and condudes the application of the grouting technique in the reconstruction of urban roads is feasible according to the evaluation of the grouting effects and economic benefits.
