本系统是为了统一实时管理各种车辆，减少车辆等待时间和空跑里程，从总体上提高运输能力和效率而研制的实时运输调度及管理系统。本文介绍了系统结构、工作原理、数据结构及其基本算法。

The system is a Real-Time transport dispatch and menagement system used for factory in order to control timely a variety of vehicles in factory and reduce car's wait time and distance without load and increase power and effect of transport in overall. The system's structure and data structure and basic algorithms are introduced in this paper.
