摘要
以NaIO_4作氧化剂,氧化木薯淀粉制备双醛淀粉的适宜工艺条件为:淀粉乳含量10%,高碘酸钠与淀粉物质的量之比1.1:1,反应溶液pH值3,反应温度40℃,搅拌反应3h。在选定的试验条件下,制备的双醛淀粉产品中双醛含量93.5%,产率96.7%。制得的双醛淀粉经红外光谱表征,波长1 750cm^(-1)处出现明显吸收峰,波长2 750cm^(-1)处出现弱吸收峰,说明产物中醛基的存在。
Dialdehyde starch preparation with NaIO4 as oxidant, the optimum parameters are as: reaction time is 3 h at 40℃ with stirring; the starch milk concentration is 10%, molar ratio of sodium periodate and starch is 1.1:1, pH of reaction solution is 3; the content of dialdehyde in the product is 93.5% with the yield of 96.7%. Comparing IR spectrum of the product with that of original starch, there is a strong peak at 1 750 cm^-1, and the specific peak of aldehyde at 2 750 cm^-1 was also observed. Therefore, the product is the target product dialdehyde starch.
