摘要
我国民族地区现行劳动力转移在一定程度上制约了民族地区本身的发展,要改变这种状况,根本性的途径就是以"输得出、能提高、志为乡、造和谐、领致富、农繁荣、民兴旺"范式的新型劳动力转移观来引领民族地区劳动力转移的实践。而以这种新型劳动力转移为视角审视民族教育,可以看出,民族教育具有教育环境的复杂性、教育目的的特殊性、教育对象的针对性、教育内容的系统性和教育方式的多样性等特征,在树立和践行这种新型劳动力转移观中具有促进民族地区劳动者的个人发展、增强少数民族群众的民族意识、弘扬少数民族的民族价值观、增强其民族凝聚力、促进民族地区经济社会的和谐发展等重要作用。
The present labor force mobility of the minority nationality regions in our country has to some degree restricted the development of these regions themselves. The fundamental way to change such situation is to use a new labor force mobility to lead the practice. From the perspective of such a new labor force mobility, national education can be seen to have such characteristics as complexity of environment, particularity of end, pertinence of object, systematicness of content and diversity of method, and also have such important functions as improving the personal development of laborer in minority nationality regions ; strengthening national consciousness of the minority nationality masses, promoting national concepts of value and strengthening national cohesion of the minority nationality; and putting forward the harmonious development of economy and society of the minority nationality regions themselves.
